A grand Queen Anne Victorian stylehome located just a short walking distance from the historic Sonoma Plaza in Sonoma CA. The Bancroft family began construction of the site in 1896 and by 1906 called it their home. One of the many prestigious visitors to this estate, General Vallejo gave the gift of a Pepper tree to the Bancroft family, ( a symbol of good luck); this tree still stands, as a stately figure on the grounds today. 786 is rich in history and folklore and the place Halby Marketing is pleased to call home.
