Terroso de 2004 was made from selected grapes of Touriga Franca, Tinta Roiz and Tinta Barroca, grown at Cima Corgo. 100% de-stemmed, vinification and malolatic in tank. Aged 12 months in tank and 5 months in French and American oak barrels then bottled in April of 2006. Terroso de 2004 is an elegant and fresh wine, balancing Douro’s fruit aromas and flavors with fine tannins and acidity. Enjoy over the next 5 years. Serve it at 16-17°c with monkfish with fava beams and morels or grilled loin of rabbit with smoked bacon.
