Cabernet Sauvignon 2004


Vareital: 80% California Cabernet, 12% North Coast Zinfandel, 6% North Coast Sangiovese, and 2% North Coast Syrah.
Aging: 30 months in French and American Oak.
Aromas: Blueberry, Smoked bacon, cassis and cocoa.
Flavors: Crushed berry, cassis, and a slight cocoa powder on the lingering finish.
