Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

Majority of this wine is California Cabernet, blended with small amounts of North Coast Zinfandel, North Coast Sangiovese, and North Coast Syrah. It was aged for 30 months in French and American Oak. Aromas of blueberry, cocoa and cassis greet you up front that lead to aromas of smoked bacon. Opening flavors of crushed berries and cassis lead to a slight cocoa powder on the lingering finish.
