Pairings : Well-seasoned meats with cooked vegetables and sauces. Mature cheeses, smoked ham, patés and terrines. Serve around 18° C..

Aroma Dry fruit aroma, as of prunes, figs and a subtle touch of pepper and menthol.
Flavor : Sweet and round tannins in the mouth. A true expression of the ripe fruit of the valley.
Pairings : Excellent with Italian food, all kind of cheese and red meat.

Fermentation and aging: Fermented in stainless steel under controlled temperature,
and matured on its lees during 6 months.
Color : Pale yellow, brilliant wine
Aroma : Intense, to ripe fruits such as pineapple, mangos and bananas
Flavor : Distinctive for its fruit, juicy, with good persistence.
Pairigns : Cooked seafood, softly spiced fish and white meats and poultry with very light sauces or vegetables. Serve around 12° C.
