Winemaking:
This 100% Riesling wine from world famous Wehlener Sonnenuhr
vineyard was hand picked on October 18, 2003. It was fermented in
small stainless steel tanks under temperature controlled conditions.
The total quantity made is 630 cases.

Tasting note:
Lots of peach and apricot aromas, very fruity palate with plenty of
exotic fruit, very crisp, balanced with good acidity and intense mineral
flavors.
Serving suggestion:
It goes well with spicy Asian cuisine, mild cheeses
and with sweet desserts. It also can be enjoyed on its own.
Drink Before end 2008. Serve well chilled.
